Предлагаемый способ определения технологичности винограда технического сорта заключается в том, что осуществляют анализ винограда для определения химического состава и биохимических свойств, обеспечивают математическую обработку данных анализа для определения показателей, характеризующих технологичность винограда, и классифицируют виноград по категориям технологичности в соответствии с указанными показателями. Предлагаемый способ позволяет уменьшить производственные затраты при определении качества винограда и пригодности винограда для производства определенной продукции. |
