That is followed by an enzyme-immunoassay of immunoglobulins A and G - IgA, IgG specific to benzo[a]pyrene Bp, oestradiol Es and progesterone Pg in blood serum that are used as measurements of the body immunological response to the effect of teratogens. If observing an increase of the relations of immunoglobulins IgA Bp/Es>2, IgA Bp/Pg>2, IgG Bp/Es>2, IgG Bp/Pg>3 in GSTT1 0/0 genotype carriers, a high individual responsiveness of the pregnant woman to the effect of teratogens is stated. In this regard, a high probability of birth defects is predicted.
