ANGIOPLASTY INSTRUMENT

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical instruments and may be used in surgery, particularly in angiosurgery, traumatology and abdominal surgery for manipulations on the vessels of different diameters. The instrument consists of pivotally connected braches with jaws, ring handles and ratchets. The jaws are paired, removable and replaceable platforms with semi-cylinders. The semi-cylinders have a radius of 2.5 to 15 mm and a length of 10 to 150 mm. The platforms with the semi-cylinders are fixed to a working surface of the jaws using external screws. The semi-cylinders have a circular ligature recess on the periphery from the outside. The branch handles are provided with a holding screw for the purpose of step-by-step decoupling and coupling of the handles and a working surface of the jaws. When coupling, the semi-cylinders form a tube a diameter of which may increase from 5 mm to 30 mm depending on the semi-cylinder radius on the replaceable platform and used for angiography.
