Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely surgery, and can be used to evaluate and predict a risk of the haemorrhagic complications accompanying minimally invasive liver surgeries. The presence of the following signs (risk predictors) is scored pre- and intraoperatively in each person individually: evident or latent coagulopathy (CP), hepatic fibrosis or cirrhosis (HC), acute hepatic failure and/or evident cholestasis (CS), technical problems of the surgery (TP), a puncture canal diameter exceeding 1.6 mm (CD), multiple instrument passage through a parenchyma (IP), a dangerous location of a mass lesion (DL) and intra- and postoperative restlessness (R). A haemorrhagic complication risk index (HCRI) is calculated by formula HCRI=CP+HC+CS+TP+CD+IP+DL+R; the derived HCRI
