GIZATULLIN'S METHOD OF DETERMINING OPTIMAL VOLUME OF INFUSION THERAPY FOR INJURED IN FROSTBITES IN STATE OF NARCOTIC INTOXICATION AFTER APPLICATION OF DEZOMORPHIN
