METHOD OF DRYING GRAIN IN HOPPERS OF FORCED VENTILATION

FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of drying grain in hoppers of forced ventilation lies in the fact that before loading in the hopper of forced ventilation the granular material is subjected to the exposure of microwave field. After treatment with the microwave field the material is loaded into the hopper and ventilated during the specified time, then in doses, in portions it is released out of the hopper on the vertical zones from different release devices, its humidity is controlled. The granular material that has reached the given humidity, is directed to a production line for further treatment, and wet material is directed to the zone of exposure of microwave field, there it is stirred, exposed with microwave field threefold cyclically the and directed back to the hopper for final drying.EFFECT: method enables to reduce unevenness of drying grain on the layer and to increase the unit capacity, to implement the disinfection of grain.1 ex, 1 dwg Способ сушки зерна в бункерах активного вентилирования заключается в том, что перед загрузкой в бункер активного вентилирования зернистый материал подвергают воздействию СВЧ поля. После обработки полем СВЧ материал загружают в бункер и вентилируют заданное время, затем дозированно, порциями выпускают из бункера по вертикальным зонам из различных выпускных устройств, контролируют его влажность. Зернистый материал, достигший заданной влажности, направляют на технологическую линию дальнейшей обработки, а влажный материал направляют в зону воздействия СВЧ поля, там перемешивают, троекратно циклически воздействуют СВЧ полем и направляют обратно в бункер на досушку. Способ позволяет снизить неравномерность высыхания зерна по слою и увеличить производительность установки, осуществить дезинфекцию зерна. 1 пр., 1 ил.
