In the process of the grain is disinfected for 12 hours in 1% solution of potassium permanganate, and washed with water. On the first two days the grain is not exposed to light, on the third, fourth and fifth day the grain is exposed to light of fluorescent lamps. The decontaminated grain is placed in a container, the container with the grain is immersed in water for 5-6 hours and taken out of the water for 4-5 hours. While the grain is held in the air it is irrigated with water for 4-5 minutes, then the pump is turned off for 1.5 hours. Using a bubble flask air is supplied in the water. The operation time of the bubble flask is 30-35 minutes, the break time f the bubble flask is 60-70 min, the specific power of the lamps is 100-120 W/m. The device consists of a frame, a capacity, a bath, a bubble flask, a pump, and a gear motor. At that, the limit switch is designed to open the circuit and stop the motor-reducer when lowering the capacity in the lower position, and is designed to open the circuit and stop the motor-reducer with lifting the capacity in the upper position. The time switch is designed to set the time of the container presence in the lifted and lowered positions, as well as to switch on and off the pump and the bubble flask. В первые двое суток зерно не освещают, на третьи, четвертые и пятые сутки зерно освещают люминесцентными лампами.
