Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of filters intended for underground filtration of fluids and gases in boreholes. In compliance with first version, wire filter comprises filtration part representing solid of revolution composed of coiled wire, its coils being laid in lines displaced in filter axis plane and that perpendicular thereto and compacted to make multilayer porous filtration part. Filtration part is composed of a ring with cylindrical generator. Additionally, wire filter incorporates shells aligned with filtration part to embrace its every end and composed of rings with cylindrical generator parallel with that of filtration part ring, and features "?"-like cross-section in plane extending along filtration part rotational axis exposed on its ends to embed them inside shell rings. Both shells are rigidly jointed along cylindrical abutting faces to make integral part and to seal filtration part ends. Note here that solid-drawn wire features invariable-diameter cross-section while filtration part ring minimum thickness B1 is tem times larger that wire diameter d. Length h of cylindrical generator of every shell equals 0.8-1.0 of shell ring wall thickness B in radial direction that makes, at least filtration part ring thickness B1. Said shell ring wall thickness B equals 0.01-0.2 of its outer diameter D. Filter length H equal 0.5-5.0 of said diameter D. Aforesaid coils are compacted along filter axis to make crescent pores in filtration part porous structure by crossing wires in adjacent rows and crossing coils axes in laying wire rows. In compliance with first and second versions, mean size ? of filtration part pores depends upon wire cross-section diameter d subject to the following relation:mm where P - is preset filtration part porosity, d is wire cross-section diameter, mm and ? is filtration part pore mean size. In compliance with second version, filtration part is composed of solids of revolution consisting of coiled wire rows.
