Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and to electric DC machines, in particular, to unipolar DC machines. Its closest analog is a unipolar DC machine (UM) with a disc rotor. The UM of this class, apart from available advantages have certain disadvantages, too, consisting in the fact that they are as a rule low-voltage. It is first of all related to the fact that their anchor windings are mainly identical. It is a problem to increase their number, first of all, due to the fact that for this purpose at least two sliding contacts are required for every subsequent turn, which do not only additionally block its structure, but also deteriorate their reliability in operation and lead to intensive wear of its moving parts. All of this substantially narrows the area of their usage. Instead of sliding contacts, electroconducting reversible mechanisms are applied, making it possible to quite simply serially connect a row of discs to an anchor chain, besides, the value of the induced EMF, as opposed to analogues, where it depends on dimensions of radii of their discs, depends in this case on values of diametres of these discs. The element of the reversible mechanism is represented by electroconductive rotary conical current pickups. They make it possible to both connect upper and lower sectors of all discs in series into an anchor electric circuit and for neighbouring discs to rotate oppositely, since every subsequent one is necessarily installed on the shaft with a bearing, if the previous one is rigidly installed on it. The reversible mechanism and the movable current pickup, apart from the above, may also be current-conducting pulleys with a friction gear, electroconducting tracks, other versions are possible, too.EFFECT: visible increase of output voltage, increased wear resistance of movable parts of a UM and accordingly expanded area of its usage.2 dwg
