Zusammenfassung:FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to processing of worn-out tires into rubber powder. In compliance with proposed method, tires are pre-separated with removal of bead ring. Two-stage crushing of tire pieces is performed as well as separation of second-stage crushing products and extraction of crushed metal and fabric cord. Crushing performed by mills. Second-stage crushing products are separated by sieving Metal extraction is performed in to steps including pre-loosening of separated mix at every step on vibratory table and extraction of ferromagnetic inclusions by magnetic system with coercive force of 200-300 kA/m at discharging said mix from vibratory table. Extraction of residual fabric is performed on vibratory table in rising airflow. Note here that products not let through sieve are directed back for second separation stage. Proposed process line comprises two roll disc 1st and 2nd stage crushers, ferromagnetic particle extractor, fabric particles extractor and conveyors. Additionally, process line comprises device for preliminary cutting of tire into fragments. Disc crushers incorporate 30-60 mm-wide mills arranged to run in opposite directions in clearance between them making 5-10 mm at first stage and 2-5 mm at second stage. First stage crusher rolls run with friction of 1-3 while second-stage rolls run with friction of 3-5. Second stage crusher is equipped with sizing screen, with screen aperture of 5-10 mm. Ferromagnetic particles extractor is made up of two magnetic separators. Every said separator represents a vibratory table with forced-vibration source mounted on carcass to vibrate at frequency of 10-20 Hz and amplitude of 0.5-5 mm. Vibratory table is furnished with crushed product loosening means made up of a set of needle bars arranged in parallel and secured on carcass to reciprocate in direction perpendicular to crushed product motion direction. Metal extractor is made up of a system of permanent magnets with coercive force of 200-300 kA/m arranged inside belt conveyor. The latter is arranged at material discharge from vibratory table to allow belt displace in direction perpendicular to material motion, some 0.5 h to 1 h from the table, where h is maximum size of worn-out tire crushed particle. Fabric particle extractor represents a vibratory table made up of screen with aperture of 3-4 mm mounted at 8 to 14 degrees to horizon and enclosed in case to provide for controlled rising airflow.
