Zusammenfassung:FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: polynuclear phenol compounds, having up to 20 benzol nuclei per molecule, are produced by interaction of tetrahydrobenzoxazine of formula I with one or several identical or different phenols of formula II (I) (II) R1 means a residue of hydrocarbyl having from 1 to 3000 atoms of carbon, which may be interrupted by one or more several heteroatoms from the group O or S and/or one or several groups NR6, where R6 means atom of hydrogen or residue of alkyl, having from 1 to 4 atoms of carbon. R2, R3, R4 and R5 independently on each other mean atoms of hydrogen, groups of hydroxyl or remains of hydrocarbyl, having accordingly from 1 to 3000 atoms of carbon, which may be interrupted by one or several heteroatoms from the group O or S and/or one or several groups NR6, where R6 has the above value. R7, R8, R9 and R10 independently on each other mean atoms of hydrogen, groups of hydroxyl or remains of hydrocarbyl, having accordingly from 1 to 3000 atoms of carbon, which may be interrupted by one or several heteroatoms from the group O or S and/or one or several groups NR6, where R6 has the above value. R4 may also mean residue of the formula Z, and the substitute R9 also may mean the residue of the formula Z' (Z) (Z'), in which values of substitutes R1, R2, R3, R5, R7, R8 and R10 are as mentioned above. R7 may also stand for residue being a derivative from tetrahydrobenzoxazine of the general formula I. R15 means hydrogen or residue being a derivative from tetrahydrobenzoxazine of the general formula I. Substitutes R11 and R12 may be identical or different and mean an atom of hydrogen or alkyl residue having from 1 to 10 atoms of carbon, and in which substitutes R2 and R3 or R3 and R4 or R4 and R5 with partial structure -O-CH2-NR13-CH2-, connected to a benzol nucleus may also form one second ring of tetrahydrobenzaxazine. Or substitutes R2 and R3 and R4 and R5 with partial structures -O-CH2-NR13-CH2- and -O-CH2-NR14-CH2-, connected to a benzol nucleus, may also form one second and one third ring of tetrahydrobenzoxazine. At the same time R13 and R14 independently on each other mean atoms of hydrocarbyl, having accordingly from 1 to 3000 atoms of carbon, which may be interrupted by one or several heteroatoms from the group O or S and/or one or several groups NR6, where R6 has the above value. At least one of substitutes R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R7, R8, R9, R10, R13 or R14 represents residue of polyisobutenyl with average non-numeric m
