Предложено применение 2,6-дифенил-4-(п-метоксифенил)-4Н-селенопирана в качестве средства для лечения и профилактики отравлений соединениями ртути. Установлено, что при отравлении солями ртути применение 2,6-дифенил-4-(п-метоксифенил)-4Н-селенопирана приводит к улучшению (нормализации) состояния внутренних органов и биохимических показателей крови исследуемых животных. Таким образом, показана возможность снижения степени тяжести отравления азотнокислой ртутью. 2 табл. |
