Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed is application of 2,6-diphenyl-4-(""-methoxyphenyl-4H-selenopyran as medication for treatment and prevention of poisoning with mercury compounds. It was established that in case of poisoning with mercury salts application of 2,6-diphenyl-4-(""-methoxyphenyl-4H-selenopyran leads to improvement (normalisation) of state of internal organs and biochemical parameters of blood of tested animals. ^ EFFECT: possibility of reducing degree of severity of poisoning with mercury nitrate is shown. ^ 2 tbl Предложено применение 2,6-дифенил-4-(п-метоксифенил)-4Н-селенопирана в качестве средства для лечения и профилактики отравлений соединениями ртути. Установлено, что при отравлении солями ртути применение 2,6-дифенил-4-(п-метоксифенил)-4Н-селенопирана приводит к улучшению (нормализации) состояния внутренних органов и биохимических показателей крови исследуемых животных. Таким образом, показана возможность снижения степени тяжести отравления азотнокислой ртутью. 2 табл.
