Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique of removing low-solubility high-molecular weight polymer deposits from reactor equipment, particularly a method of cleaning polymerisation equipment from high-molecular weight polymer deposits and conversion thereof into a commercial-grade product. The method involves feeding a ruthenium complex in a hydrocarbon solvent into reactor equipment containing high-molecular weight polymer deposits and a hydrocarbon solvent, where the ruthenium complex is in amount of 0.03-0.07 g per kg of dry high-molecular weight polymer, having ligands in form of 1,3-dimesityl imidazolidinylidene, two chlorine atoms and ortho-substituted benzylidene, where the substitute in the benzylidene ligand is an amino-substituted methyl group, and the amine is a dimethylamino-, methylphenylamino group, as well as a cyclic amine, particularly piperidine; the compound has general formula: , where X=(CH3)2N-, (CH2)5N-, NCH3Ph; or the ruthenium compound is in amount of 0.03-0.07 g per kg of dry high-molecular weight polymer, having ligands in form of 1,3-bis-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-2-imidazolidinylidene, two chlorine atoms and ortho-substituted benzylidene, where the substitute in the benzylidene ligand is an amino-substituted methyl group, and the amine is a dialkylamino-, methylphenylamino group, as well as cyclic amines, particularly piperdine, pyrrolidine and morpholine; the compound has general formula: where X=(Alk)2N-, (CH2)5N-, O(CH2)4N-, (CH2)4N-, NCH3Ph; Alk=CH3, C2H5. Contents of the reactor equipment are the held at temperature from 45 to 85C. The polymerisation equipment is then cleaned by a solution of the ruthenium complex in a hydrocarbon solvent, particularly in the presence of olefin. ^ EFFECT: cleaning polymerisation equipment from high-molecular weight polymer deposits at low cost owing to lower consumption of the ruthenium complex; the product obtained from partial decomposition of the low-solubility high-molecular weight polymer can be used as a viscous or liquid plasticiser, oligomer and commercial rubber. ^ 8 cl, 24 ex
