Производят Н-образную переднюю пластику перерастянутой капсулы из предварительно выкроенных прямоугольных лоскутов в виде дубликатуры с последующим их сшиванием. Способ обеспечивает создание условий для стабилизации тазобедренного сустава у детей с последствиями спинномозговых грыж при его нестабильности, создание механически прочного переднего отдела капсулы сустава. 3 ил.
