Method consists in the fact that tylosin tartrate is added to dissolvent of rooster sperm in combination of polodoksin in dose of 100 Unites/ml. ^ EFFECT: method eliminates transfer of opportunistic pathogenic and pathogenic microrganisms, assists in prophylactics of respiratory mycoplasmosis and at the same time does not have negative effect at activity of sperm cells and their fertilising ability. ^ 4 tbl, 4 ex Изобретение относится к области птицеводства. Способ заключается в том, что в разбавитель спермы петухов вводят тилозина тартрат в сочетании с польодоксином в дозе по 100 ЕД/мл. Способ исключает передачу условно-патогенных и патогенных микроорганизмов, способствует профилактике респираторного микоплазмоза и при этом не оказывает отрицательного влияния на активность спермиев и их оплодотворяющую способность. 4 табл.
