DEVICE FOR BENDING TEST OF THIN SPECIMENS

FIELD: testing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes base with load creating device fixed thereon and providing movement of movable plate on which there installed are supports for tested specimen to be arranged on them, fixed plate with central support fixed on it. Base has cavity in which sleeve for installation of load creating device is arranged. Supports installed on movable plate are equipped with rigidly fixed ""-shaped restrictors of longitudinal and transverse movements of specimen. Fixed plate has central hole and installed by means of racks on additional base. In central support there is cavity in which piezoelectric transducer of system for recording acoustic and emission signals in the specimen is arranged during test. Strain gauge of force is fixed on fixed plate, made in the form of hollow cylinder with flanges, upper of which is attached to fixed plate and has central hole coaxial relative to hole made in fixed plate, and lower one is attached to central support on external side, and on internal side it is rigidly attached to one end of cylindrical pin passing through central holes made in upper flange of strain gauge of force and fixed plate.
