Zusammenfassung:FIELD: construction, road engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to the field of construction and operation of street and road networks, and also to facilities and methods for complex diagnostics of operational indices of road engineering objects and organisation of monitoring over their technical-operational condition on a real time basis. Road laboratory is used to monitor road object parametres by displacement of control and measurement system (CMS) along road bed 8 with facility for coordinate affixment of measurement results and with functional complex (FC) on the basis of at least one optoelectronic component. For this purpose CMS is installed on basic transport vehicle (BTV) 1 with application of vibroinsulated base for installation of part of CMS functional facilities, and outlet channels of CMS subsystems are organised in a commutation manner together with computer complex 2. As vibroinsulated base they use frame 5 installed above TV1 with an optical bed plate (OBP). Control and measurement system is formed as multi-profile. Functional complex comprises the following as one of optoelectronic components: subsystem for measurement of longitudinal evenness of road bed 8, which is used to build microprofile of road bed 8 surface in longitudinal direction. This subsystem is organised on the basis of at least one three-dimensional chamber of volume scanning and at least laser generator 9 in volume scanning line, which is formed across traffic line. Chamber and laser generator 9 are spatially organised on optical bed plate 6 with the possibility to provide scanning of all points by means of chamber on basic length of formed laser line in each scanning frame. At the same time speed of BTV 1 motion is related to frequency of scanning frames with the possibility to provide partial overlapping of images created in adjacent frames, and in process of formed laser line scanning by means of chamber, direct building of road bed 8 surface profilogram is carried out by processing of scanning results in this chamber. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for simplicity of design and increased accuracy of control and validity of measurement results from subsystem for measurement of longitudinal evenness of road object (which functionally is a facility for volumetrical building of road bed microprofile in longitudinal direction), and also (in particular case) from subsystem for measurement of transverse evenness of road object (which functionally is a facility for th
