Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for detection and identification of chemical substances in liquid phases, in particular in performance of ecological and toxicological control and monitoring. According to invention, portable flow device is suggested for analysis of liquid phases, comprising detection cell that represents fluoroplastic split casing made of two - upper and lower - demountable parts joined to each other by screws, between which piezoelectric quartz resonator is installed, and electric part made of generator and frequency metre, contained in metalised casing, besides lower part of fluoroplastic casing of cell is rigidly fixed to electric part, which makes it possible to reduce distance between piezoelectric quartz resonator and generator, lower and upper parts of cell fluoroplastic body are identical in shape and dimensions and are made so that in case of their matching cavity is arranged for installation of two rectangular plates with round opening in the center and two spring-loaded coaxial fluoroplastic pistons in the form of double-stage cylinders with blind hole, besides limitation of pistons travel is carried out due to stages of larger diametre that rest against plates fixed with screws in upper and lower part of fluoroplastic body of cell, in lower piston there is a hole for piezoelectric quartz resonator, in upper piston - hole that creates working chamber with upper surface of resonator, in which metal nozzles are located for entry and exit of eluent, connected by fluoroplastic tubes for provision of rigid fixation with metal nozzles for entry and exit of eluent, installed on front panel of cell body, detachable piezoelectric quartz resonator is installed between pistons in collet joint, which is rigidly fixed in lower part of cell fluoroplastic body so that its lower surface closes the opening in lower piston and so that only upper surface of piezoelectric quartz resonator is flushed with liquid phase, in process of body assembly piezoelectric quartz resonator is pressed with spring-loaded pistons, areas of pistons and resonator joint are polished to preserve tightness of working chamber, device is connected to computer and does not require its own power supply source, moreover, device is arranged as portable. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for simplicity, accuracy, efficiency, portability, low cost, continuity of measurements in liquid phases at practically unlimited increase of number of analysed compo |
