Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of measurement equipment. It is suggested to additionally introduce calibrator, controlled attenuator, temperature detector, switches and controller into device for measurement of amplitude-frequency characteristics of SHF quadripoles, which comprises frequency-swept oscillator, measuring detector, computer and panoramic indicator. Besides control inlet of panoramic indicator is connected to one of computer outlets and control inlet of frequency-swept oscillator, outlet of SHF test signal of which via the first switch in the second position is connected to inlet of tested SHF quadripole, outlet of which via the third switch in the second position is connected to signal inlet of measuring detector, signal outlet of which is connected to movable contact of the fourth switch, the first fixed contact of which is connected to the first contact of the second switch, fixed contact of which is connected to the first inlet of controller, the second inlet of which is connected to the second inlet of computer, the fourth outlet of which is connected to control inlet of controlled attenuator, signal outlet of which is connected to the first fixed contact of the third switch, the second fixed contact of which is connected with the first fixed contact of the first switch. Outlet of calibrator is connected to signal inlet of controlled attenuator, measuring detector is connected to inlet of temperature detector, outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of computer, the second contacts of the second and fourth switches are connected between each other, outlet of controller is connected to signal inlet of panoramic indicator. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of SHF quadripoles amplitude-frequency characteristics measurement by reduction of measurements error at high levels of SHF test signal power. ^ 2 dwg
