Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication of reinforced composite material tubes by way of filament-winding technique which tubes are intended for operation under working overpressures and mechanical loads and is to be implemented in petrochemical and gas industries for pumping of overpressurised gas and other media as well as in other areas of technology. The tube consists of an inner polyolefin tube and a bearing layer with the bearing element represented by a reinforcement filament fabricated of ultrahighmolecular polyethylene and adhesion film layers represented by a strip of sevilen wound onto the inner tube. The inner tube has thin walls. One layer of filament is applied onto the film layer enwrapping the inner tube. An outer layer together with the film layer wound onto it is applied by way of circumferential winding; therebetween there are at least two layers applied by way of spiral winding with the gradients of the layers filaments relative to each other alternating in mutually opposite directions. Strength of bond between the filament coils and its spirally wound layers is greater than between the inner tube and the filament coils and its circumferentially wound layer(s) wound onto the film enwrapping the tube. Strength of bond between the coils and the outer circumferential winding layer(s) is greater than tightness between the coils and the spiral winding layers which is due to difference in tension intensity during the film and the layers application. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of the tube strength and resistance to aggressive media combined with reduction of the product weight, structural simplification, improvement of energy efficiency and endurance. ^ 20 cl, 2 dwg Изобретение относится к области производства упрочненных труб из композиционного материала намоткой нитью для использования при повышенных рабочих давлениях и механических нагрузках и может быть использовано в нефтехимической и газовой промышленности при перекачке газа с повышенным давлением и других сред и в других областях техники. Труба включает внутреннюю трубу из полиолефина и несущий слой, в котором несущим элементом является армирующая нить из сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена и адгезионные слои из пленки в виде полосы из сэвилена, которые намотаны на внутреннюю трубу. Внутренняя труба выполнена тонкостенной. Один слой нити нанесен на слой пленки, покрывающий внутреннюю трубу. Один наружный слой с намотанным на него слоем пленки выпол
