FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to reinforced concrete product for surface and underground structures, including reinforced concrete block for precast lining of motor road structures, mostly tunnels. Reinforced concrete item for surface and underground structures is produced from concrete mix, containing cement, granite crushed stone of fraction 5-10 mm and 10-20 mm in ratio of 1:1.82.35, quartz sand, superplasticiser based on polycarboxylate ether - Glenium 51 or Glenium ACE 30, filler - mixture of crushed quartz with specific surface of 800-2100 cm2/g and microsilica with specific surface of 18000-25000 cm2/g or concrete modifier based on microsilica in ratio of 1:9-9:1, and water previously treated with magnetic field of 100-600 k A/m intensity, with the following consumption of components per 1 m3 of concrete mix, kg: cement 290-500, specified crushed stone 1000-1250, specified quartz sand 600-800, specified filler 15-125, specified water 120-180, specified superplasticiser 0.4-2.0 wt % of cement, besides, specified item is made by placement of armature in mould, layerwise placement of concrete mix in it with further vibration of 1500-10000 vibrations/min of frequency and amplitude of 0.4-1.6 mm, besides, for the first layer frequency is 1500 vibrations/min and amplitude of 1.6 mm, for further layers - frequency is gradually increased, and amplitude is reduced, and for the last layer frequency is 10000 vibrations/min and amplitude of 0.4 mm, further steaming at 30-60C until stripping strength is obtained of at least 15 MPa. ^ EFFECT: higher strength, frost resistance, water impermeability and crack resistance of reinforced concrete products for surface and underground structures. ^ 3 ex Настоящее изобретение относится к железобетонному изделию для наземных и подземных сооружений, в том числе к блоку железобетонному сборной обделки автодорожных сооружений, преимущественно тоннелей.
