Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: granulated filler for concrete mix, made of silica-containing and lime-containing components is made in the form of granules with size of 0.5-10.0 mm, which contain core and shell, where core is produced by granulation of mixture of the following components that have been milled together down to specific surface of 150-250 m2/kg - silica-containing component - siliceous ceolyte rock and alkaline metal hydroxide at their mass ratio of 0.70-0.95 : 0.05-0.30 with binder - aqueous solution of sodium silicate with density of 1.2-1.3 g/cm3 in amount of 0.1-7.0% from mixture, and shell is formed on core surface by means of its rolling in dry dusty mixture of jointly milled lime-containing component - quicklime and silicofluoric sodium in mass ratio of 0.85-0.95 : 0.05-0.15, with further hardening to density of at least 0.12 MPa. Concrete mix for production of construction items, which includes the following components, wt %: above mentioned filler 5-40, Portland cement 10-25, quartz sand 15-45, water - the rest. Method for production of concrete construction items from above mentioned concrete mix, including mixing of its components, moulding of construction items, maintenance in molds and further heat and moisture treatment of items at atmospheric pressure and temperature of 85-95C.
