Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electrical measuring equipment, in particular, to devices for measurement of parameters of photoelectric transducers (PET) for transformation of light radiation energy into electric energy and is intended for automated control of solar cells (SC), current generators (CG) and photoelectric batteries (PB) during their illumination with pulse xenon radiator at manufacturing plant and in operating organizations. Installation comprises pulse lamp connected to accumulating charge-discharge source of DC energy supply, loading unit, which is connected to controlled photoconverter, reference light detector and gauge. Additionally the following components have been introduced - working light detector, temperature detector, controller. At that loading unit is arranged as controlled and electronic. Outlets of controlled photoelectric converter, reference light detector, working light detector and temperature detector are connected to gauge inlets. Gauge outlet is connected to controller, which is connected to accumulating charge-discharge source of DC, computer complex, and controlled inlets of gauge and controlled electronic loading unit. Besides, reflectors, between back wall of container and pulse lamp, are made of unpolished aluminium alloy with the possibility for every one to change its position in two planes. Also LC-filter of low frequencies of at least fifteenth order is used as discharge circuit of accumulating charge-discharge source of DC energy. ^ EFFECT: simplification of process of measurement of programmatically specified number of PET current value points during one pulse of lamp burning; reduction of time required for current and voltage values measurement (up to 160 values) of current-voltage characteristic (CVC), including Uxx and 1SC for the time of one pulse lamp flush duration of 3 ms; reduction of PET currents variation error for specified values of voltage. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
