METHOD FOR ASSESSMENT OF ROAD STRUCTURES CONDITION

FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and operation of motor roads, namely to methods and facilities for diagnostics of road structures condition. Method consists in the fact that vibration velocity spectrum is measured on certain section of road from transport passing by with the help of vibration gage, and after some time of operation vibration velocity spectrum is repeatedly measured at the same section. Then diagnostic criterion is determined as difference of areas of measured vibration velocity spectra, and diagnostic criterion is compared to experimentally produced value of vibration velocity spectra areas equal to 5 mm/s. If diagnostic criterion does not exceed experimentally produced value, then technical condition of road is satisfactory, otherwise, more detailed investigations of rod condition are carried out. ^ EFFECT: higher validity of diagnostics results and efficiency of road structures condition assessment. ^ 3 dwg
