It is equipped with box-like gas ducts each of which is located under the row of cooktops of frying cooking deck. An air blower and a filter of individual switching on are installed in the gas duct inlet and in the gas duct outlet parallel to the cooking deck a slotted nozzle is rigidly fixed. In front of it an ionising screen is mounted. It is possible to connect it to high voltage electrodes. ^ EFFECT: increase of the efficiency coefficient of thermal device with opened cooking surface, provision of high-speed performance, environmental friendliness and improvement food quality. ^ 1 cl, 3 dwg
