Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forensic medicine and can be used for determination of a cause of death at persons with pathology of cardiovascular system. Age of the deceased person; degree of narrowing of coronal arteries; heart mass; degree of augmentation of mass of heart; degree of narrowing of arteries of the basis of a brain; degree of a hypertrophy of a myocardium of the left heart ventricle; degree of the right heart ventricle myocardium hypertrophy; presence or absence: drunkenness, piecemeal cardiosclerosis, macrofocal cardiosclerosis, irregular blood filling of the myocardium, dystrophic changes in the myocardium, endocardium focal fibrosis, aorta atherosclerosis, brown induration of lungs, muscat liver, fatty dystrophia of the liver are determined, and, according to the table 1 presented in the description, these indicators are estimated in points which summarise, and at definition of larger quantity of points for ischemic heart disease a cause of death from ischemic heart disease is diagnosed, and at larger quantity of points for other causes of death-diagnose a cause of death not from ischemic heart disease. ^ EFFECT: method increases accuracy of determination of a cause of death, at the expense of the account of authentically significant signs for surveyed pathologies. ^ 3 tbl, 2 ex
