METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY OF TRANSPORT VEHICLE

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building and may be used in manufacture of transport means (TM), mostly passenger cars. According to suggested method, engine electronic control system (EECS) components are installed on engine, EECS components are connected by means of bunch of wires, assembled EECS is connected to testing device. Check of engine and EECS functioning assembled together is performed with the help of testing device, then testing device is disconnected from EECS, afterwards engine with EECS components is installed onto TM body. For TM assembly controller is used, which is designed for benign conditions. Prior to engine installation on TM body, controller is fixed to engine by means of temporary fixation device, and after engine has been installed on TM body, controller is dismantled from engine and fixed to TM body. ^ EFFECT: lower expenses and possibility to check engine and EECS functioning prior to engine installation on TM. ^ 2 dwg
