Constant SSO-2 cell line of parenchymic organ pool of 1 year old Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baeri is deposited in Special collection of attenuated somatic cell cultures of domestic and trade animals in Russian cell culture collection at Russian Scientific research institute of experimental veterinary under No67. The line can be applied as test culture for extraction, accumulation, titration and research of Siberian sturgeon herpes virus (SSHV), spring viperemia of carp virus (SVCV), viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV), infection hemopoietic tissue necrosis virus (IHNV), European ell rhabdovirus (Rhabdovirus anguilla), pike fishling rhabdovirus (PFRV) and European lake trout rhabdovirus (ELTV). ^ EFFECT: obtaining interweaving lines of fish cells, applicable for virus extraction and research for various taxonomic fish groups.
