Part surface is processed by polishing or fine turning with application of lubricating and cooling liquid, to which additives or components are added, which are used in processing by surface plastic deformation, in the form of polyacrylamide or dimethylformamide, or glycerin. Surface plastic deformation of part surface is carried out with application of lubricating and cooling liquid remains that were left on item surface after previous treatment as technological lubricant. ^ EFFECT: lower expenses for lubricating and cooling liquid, its regeneration and utilisation. ^ 1 dwg
