Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; dentistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: insertion is placed within natural tooth part or on natural tooth part or on a tooth and fixed by mechanical vibration at frequency within 2 to 200 kHz. Insertion contains at least one area or one part made of material possessing thermoplastic properties and forming at least insertion surface part or placed to form at least insertion surface part and made of thermoplastic polymer with elastic modulus not less than 0.5 GPa and softening point no more than 350°C. Additional areas or parts of the insertion have elastic modulus less than 0.5 GPa and can be covered completely or partially with a material having thermoplastic properties. Method implies that insertion fixation at the first stage is accompanied with preparation of natural tooth part or a tooth. At the second stage the insertion is placed within prepared tooth part or in a tooth so that to contact material with thermoplastic properties that can contact dentin surface and/or enamel surface of natural tooth part or a tooth. At the third stage the insertion is excited by mechanical vibrations, and simultaneously it is pressed to tooth part or a tooth for time sufficient enough to deliquate thermoplastic material at least partially. ^ EFFECT: high stability and resource duration of restored teeth due to reduced shrinkage of material and inherent creep and humidity tolerance of this material. ^ 20 cl, 9 dwg
