Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: titanium nickelide radiopaque marker is placed on bronchial stump. It is accompanied with 3 additional porous titanium nickelide markers shaped as parallelepipeds sized 1.0x0.5x0.5 cm or cubes sized 0.5x0.5x0.5 cm, in three projections to upper, lower and lateral borders of intraoperative radiation zone. Superior lobectomy is associated with marking central part of the rest lung with inside bronchopulmonary lymph nodes, while inferior lobectomy implies marking retropericardial area and pulmonectomy includes marking tracheobronchial angle, area of inferior bifurcation lymph nodes, paratracheal and paravenous tissue. ^ EFFECT: higer efficiency of treatment. ^ 3 ex, 4 dwg
