TELEMETRY DOWNHOLE TOOL

FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to directional drilling equipment for oil and gas wells and is designed to provide radial and axial fixation of the generator and secure it tightly to the electronic unit (EU) of the telemetry downhole tool. Downhole tool has an outer housing, radiator, EU casing, and generator. The generator consists of a fixed-axis stator, rotor, and fastening device to secure the generator inside the downhole tool. The fastening device is a conical grip installed in the circular groove on the generator axis and tightened with an inner nut thread-mounted inside the cross member. The conical grip is installed with the smaller base oriented towards the generator and has a circular groove on its taper surface with a spring ring inside the groove. The conical grip is externally covered with a cone located inside the inner nut and is pressed against the bore face inside the cross member. The generator axis face has grooves and the radiator face has tongues to orient certain parts of the electrical connector at connection. ^ EFFECT: reliable electrical connection between the generator and EU, no mechanical damage to the connector, and radial and axial fixation of the generator inside the outer housing of the downhole tool. ^ 11 cl, 9 dwg
