Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to the oil-and-fat industry. The method involves mixing filter powders with oil or oil-wax mixture in the ratio 1:1, heating the mixture, thereby obtaining a suspension for separating part of the fatty mixture. The heated suspension is put into a press-filter under pressure and a vacuum is maintained at the filter outlet for fast filtration of the suspension, which should not cool down to hardening temperature of wax fractions. The obtained filtrate - oil-wax mixture is cooled and filtered, obtaining oil and a concentrated oil-wax residue, which is dissolved in hot isopropyl alcohol, and then later cooled and kept with slow stirring until crystallisation of wax and its complete separation from oil. After crystallisation, the obtained solution is separated by filtration, so as to obtain miscella and wax-alcohol residue. The micelle is distilled, obtaining oil, and the wax-alcohol residue is distilled, obtaining wax. The partially purified filter powder is extracted at 65-70°C temperature, until complete extraction of the oil-wax phase. The obtained mixture is filtered. Micelle is distilled so as to obtain an oil-wax mixture, and the powder obtained is dried. ^ EFFECT: obtaining, from raw materials, reclaimed perlite and kieselguhr powder, which can be used again for filtering. ^ 8 cl, 1 dwg |
