Platform (1) rests upon the bogie frame. The said platform supports, via flexible elements, the car body. Note here that the platform is jointed, by lengthwise carrier fillets (11), with the car body, while the frame is hinged to the platform with the help of pivot (4). ^ EFFECT: radial wheel-pair position on curvilinear track sections, reduced wear of wheel flanges. ^ 4 dwg
