Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: appearing changes of vasomotor mechanism are registered and analysed at the level of microcirculatory channel, as well as development of local deficit of tissue blood flow at progressing hypoxia of tissues. Low-intensity source of radiation is used for action in intact area and tumor cells before and in process of treatment with registration of growth fraction parameters, additionally values of blood microcirculation indicator are registered, as well as average degree of oxygenation of mixed blood of microcirculatory channel in tumor, which are used to determine perfusion saturation of oxygen, besides measurements are taken in process of treatment after 10-14 days have passed after giving radiation dose of 30-46 Gy, and if perfusion saturation of oxygen in tumor reduces or remains invariable, with simultaneous reduction of parameters of relative value of growth fraction by 25-70%, efficiency of complete course of performed radiation therapy is predicted. This invasion is non-invasive, inexpensive, easy to perform in any public health institutions. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity of split course radiation therapy efficiency prediction. ^ 3 ex
