Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: physics; measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to the measuring technics and can be used for measuring of mass of the immobile and moving objects on rails, in particular for measuring of mass of railway cars. The device contains a measuring site of a rail in the form of an integral rail between two next cross ties, being simultaneously and the strain-gauge indicator with the resistance strain gauges built in it, rail undercoats. Strain-gauge indicators are executed in a brick form which height does not leave for dimensions of a rail undercoat, and the length of a working part does not exceed 10 % of the length of a measuring site. They are mounted under rails of coaxially long axis of a neck of a rail, in dimensions of a rail undercoat on the extremities of a measuring site working parts towards each other, in pairs on both branches of a railway trajectory. Thus the working part of each strain-gauge indicator is located in cantilever fashion concerning a rail undercoat, and the upper surface of a working part of each strain-gauge indicator densely adjoins to a sole of a rail along its length, the inferior surface of a working part is executed in the form of radial rounding off on one third of its height. Resistance strain gauges are erected in the symmetrical deaf holes executed on lateral surfaces of the strain-gauge indicator and located on an axis of conjugation of its working part with a body of the strain-gauge indicator. The technical effect consists in measurement accuracy increase, construction simplification, maintenance of integrity of a rail at device installation, increase of safety of operation of access roads. ^ EFFECT: measurement accuracy increase, design simplification. ^ 8 dwg |
