When the hydraulic fracturing pressure has been reached in the water bed, water with inert aggregate is still injected at a pressure exceeding that of the overlying rock until the ground is elevated up to the required level, and at the final stage of ground elevation the wells are abandoned by cement grout injection in the volume equal to that of the well. ^ EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of flood protection by ground elevation above water level. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex
