Zusammenfassung:FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns construction industry, in particular restoration of corrosion-damaged reinforced-concrete cantilevers of industrial buildings without interrupting the manufacturing process. The deteriorating reinforced-concrete cantilever is unloaded of eccentric support pressures of adjacent gantry beams joined together and bending the cantilever. Unloading is carried out using a symmetric pair of T-shaped balancers with three levers: Left, right and central facing downward. Right pair of levers is brought under the adjacent pair of gantry beams. Left pair of levers is attached using hangers to a centering balance placed on a low modular pad and interacting with the top edge of the cantilever. A pair of central levers is connected using horizontal rods to a stop located under the deteriorating cantilever. Nuts on the horizontal rods of the pair of T-shaped balancers are tightened underneath and the adjacent gantry levers are jacked upwards by the right levers of this pair. While taking up the vertical support pressure of the two gantry beams, the pair of T-shaped balancers transfers the support pressure from the right lever to the left one and through the hangers to the centering balance. ^ EFFECT: complete unloading of column cantilevers that have lost their capacity as a result of concrete and reinforcement corrosion without interrupting the manufacturing process, and adjustment of gantry structures. ^ 3 dwg
