Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to manufacture of sectional shells from high-carbon and refractory steels and aluminium alloys with low plasticity, large length, cylindrical and curvilinear shape. Sectional holder is heated in gas flame of burner, billet is installed and fixed in sectional holder. Then billet is heated in burner gas flame. Heating of billet and holder is realised with control of temperature by pyrometer and control of gas supply in burner. Gas burner for heating of sectional holder and billet is installed in the unit of one of rollers above the billet, and pyrometer is installed in the unit of the other roller under billet. Simultaneously with billet heating, sectional part is shaped into several stages by rollers with different profile of working surface, which are installed with displacement between each other and with different gaps with holder. Afterwards cylindrical section is shaped in cold condition with less intense feed, compared to shaping of profile section. ^ EFFECT: higher stability of process, accuracy of geometric shape and quality of processed surface, reduction of stages number and lower labour-intensiveness of their manufacture. ^ 7 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex |
