To implement the method, synovial fluid of the joint is tested for glycosaminoglycan (GAG) amount. If GAG components hexuronic acid and galactose therein are decreased in 2 and more times relative to norm with absence of high-polymeric hyaluronic acid and proteoglycan units, Chlamidia trachomatis infection is considered to be high-active. ^ EFFECT: possibility of acute diagnostics of Chlamydia trachomatis related active pathological process that ensures timely, adequate and pathogenetically valid treatment. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg
