Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: construction, pipeline. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pipeline valves. Method consists in manufacture of seat and wedge outside body with finished sealing rims. At that seats and wedge are rigidly fixed in their mutual arrangement according to position "closed" of gate valve shutter. Then seats and answer slots are processed so that their coupling sizes are same in body. Seats are installed in body. Wedge is inserted between them. Afterwards seats are fixed in body. ^ EFFECT: increase of shutter unit operation reliability, reducing errors in manufacture and assembly of unit. ^ 2 dwg
