Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering and particularly to electron-optical instruments production. The method provides for two-level pumping and photo cathode formation under high vacuum conditions. The ready gas-free targets are stored in tight and separated loading chamber under high vacuum conditions. The photo cathode is formed at image converter input window inside the converter housing before the targets are placed. One selected thin-filmed target being represented with thin membrane on metal ring is displaced in image converter and fixed in the housing. The quality of formed image converter is evaluated based on the focused test image at input window. Besides quality is controlled before sealing is completed. The technical characteristics of the instrument are measured and, if necessary, target is replaced. At the end, the instrument is sealed. ^ EFFECT: reduced production time, possibility of quality control before sealing is completed and target replacement during imaging with image converter (IC). ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
