Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises adding bifidus bacteria into Blaurock medium, cultivation at a temperature and time optimum, agar-processing by agar melted in a physiological solution and cooled down to 70C. A nutrient medium is applied onto agar-processed medium with grown bifidus bacteria, the aforesaid nutrient medium containing 0.4 g of L-asparagine, 0.05 g of disubstituted potassium phosphate, 0.05 g of magnesium sulphate, 0.2 g of citric acid, 0.005 g of ammoniac iron-citrate, 0.05 g of sodium pyruvate, 4.0 g of glycerin, 3.0 g of agar, 10.0 ml of humivite, 10.0 ml of water solution of an egg yolk (1:1), and about 100.0 ml of distilled water. The indicator strain culture is sown on the aforesaid preparation and is incubated for 14 to 30 days.
