Zusammenfassung:FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology, and can be used for extraction of extracellular proteins-lectines from liquid media of cultivating higher basidiomycete fungi. The proposed method allows cultivating the aforesaid basidiomycete fungi Lentinus edodes on a nutrient medium made up of a water solution containing a source of carbon, nitrogen and salt of copper (II). Note here that D-glucose, either L-arabinose, or D-galactose, or D-lactose was used as the aforesaid source of carbon. Note also that L-asparagine was used as a source of nitrogen. Cultivation of mycelium was carried out within 14 to 21 days at 25 to 28C. Thus obtained culture medium was separated from mycelium by filtration. Resulted filtrate was boiled out to residual amount of 0.03 to 0.10 of initial volumes. Acetone was added to the evaporated filtrate with acetone-to-residual filtrate amount ratio of (2-2.5):1 and the mix was maintained at 4C till complete protein precipitation. The precipitate is separated from the supernatant and dissolved in a minimum quantity of water. Acetone is removed from the said supernatant in a flow of warm air at 30C. Then, the received water solutions are subjected to gel - chromatography till production of lectine. ^ EFFECT: production of new preparation possessing high biological activity and stability at storage.
