Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat-insulating and sound-absorbing materials and can be used in aero-space technology, machine-building, instrument making and other fields of technology. In material production used is mineral filler in form of silica fibres, which have diameter 4-10 mcm, water solution of one of substances, selected from group including methylcellulose, carboxylmethylcellulose or carboxylmethylstarch, whose content constitutes 2-5 wt %, as sintering additive - amorphous boron or boron nitride. Formed raw half-finished material is subjected to drying with gradual increase of temperature to 300C and burning at temperature 1100-1200C. After burning and perforation obtained half-finished material is impregnated with water solution of colloidal silicasol, which concentration constitutes 2-7 wt %, and dried at temperature 100-300C to full water removal. Obtained material has following composition, wt %: silica fibres 75.0-93.0, amorphous boron or boron nitride 0.2-0.5, silicasol 7.0-25.0. ^ EFFECT: increase of strength and sound-absorbing ability of material, extension of sound-absorption band, elimination of dust-release processes and reduction of material production cost. ^ 4 cl, 3 ex, 1 tbl, 4 dwg |
