INSTALLATION FOR SHOCK-VIBRATING MACHINING OF COMPONENT SURFACES

FIELD: technological processes; mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation container comprises machined components together with abrasive filler. Container is mounted on elastically installed frame that bears inertial vibrators with shafts joined to rotation drive. Header is provided for supply of washing fluid, as well as drain nozzle joined by manifold to tank of washing fluid supply device. Container is arranged with openings in its bottom for drain of washing liquid and abrasive filler wastes, and with drain cavity arranged under container bottom. One end of cavity has device for cleaning of drain cavity mounted on it, and the other end - drain nozzle of container. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of machining due to efficient cleaning of working zone from abrasive filler wastes and elimination of drain openings plugging and occurrence of stagnant zones. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
