Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: conjuctival cut and surfacial and deep scleral flaps are formed. Trabeculodescemetic membrane is separated, and deep scleral flap is removed together with external wall of ciliary canal and corneoscleral tissue strip till complete baring if descemetic membrane. Surfacial scleral flap is returned in place. 0.2-0.3 ml of viscoelastic is injected into conjuctival cut before its suturing and under Tenon's shell through cannula in direction of eye fornix. Conjuctival suture is sealed by suture material. Further, anterior chamber is disclosed in transcorneal way at 3 or 9 hour direction close to limb, and a 0.1 mm sterile air bubble is injected through irrigation cannula. Then 0.3-0.4 ml of balanced physiological solution or 0.3-0.4 ml of balanced physiological solution and dicynone mix at 2:1 ratio is injected through the same cannula. ^ EFFECT: smooth ophthalmotonus stabilisation and hydrodynamics during operation, prevention of hydraulic shock, dicynone deposition for longer and more effective action. ^ 2 ex, 2 cl
