MULTIPURPOSE FOOD PROCESSING MACHINE

FIELD: mechanics; food. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine consists of a base-mounted drum, blade rotor, discharge nozzle installed in the base bottom, cover with inlet opening installed on the drum end, slicer fixed to the drum, cutting unit, knife drum, blade rotor and knife drum drive. The machine is fitted with nozzles for removal of food residues by water flows. One nozzle is located over the knife drum. The other nozzle in installed over the cutting unit. The nozzles are hydraulically connected by water-supply system. Cutting unit is made in the form of hollow right-angle prism. In the prism cavity, cutting disks are spaced on the axle and their cutting edges are inserted into the slots in the bottom base of the prism. Projecting under the prism bottom face, the cutting disks are coupled with arc-shaped grooves over the slicer face. There is a recess on the bottom face of the hollow right-angle cutting prism looking towards the slicer. The slicer, cutting unit and knife drum are mounted on the bearing frame and are replaceable. The knife drum is fitted with individual drive connected to supply mains through a frequency converter. ^ EFFECT: improved food-cutting performance along with significant design simplification and labour saving. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
