Zusammenfassung:FIELD: motors and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas producing industry, to manufacture of electric centrifugal pump sets for oil wells. Pump comprises body, centrifugal wheels (CW) on shaft and guide vanes. CW are arranged in the form of internal partition in cylindrical bushing. On the side of outlet from CW walls have annular gap relative to internal surface of cylindrical bushing. On the side of inlet to CW on internal surface of cylindrical bushing, collar is provided along helical line, on which guide vane is installed for supply of pumped fluid in the form of auger link made of one or two thin-walled disks with internal opening. Annular grooves and sealing rings made of, for instance, polyurethane, are installed on ends of CW cylindrical bushings. Impellers are made as open from both sides, which makes it possible to provide accuracy of manufacture by eccentricity, imbalance, parallelism and end surfaces beating. Impellers are not clogged with abrasives, since there is no space for accumulation of sand and coarse-grained proppant after hydraulic fracture of layers. Accumulation of salts on working parts is reduced due to direct-flow arrangement of rotor. ^ EFFECT: higher wear resistance of pump. ^ 2 dwg
